Compensation

• Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

• Schedule: Nightly, Monday through Sunday

• Hours: Work must be performed after 10:00 PM and is expected to take 2–3 hours per shift.

Who We’re Looking For

Kut Fitness seeks a highly reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Technician who understands that pristine cleanliness is essential to our member experience. If you are dedicated to high standards and take pride in your work, we want to partner with you!

Key Responsibilities

​

• Perform comprehensive deep cleaning and sanitizing of locker rooms, shower facilities, and restrooms nightly.

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize the cold plunge room, sauna, and associated seating areas to maintain strict hygiene standards.

• Sweep, mop, and disinfect floors across the gym’s main areas and entryways.

• Ensure all trash is emptied, cleaned, and properly replaced in locker rooms.

• Promptly communicate any facility maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, damage, broken fixtures) to the management team.

Requirements

​

• Minimum one (1) year of professional experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial, or facilities maintenance roles.

• Must be consistently reliable and punctual to maintain the integrity of our nightly cleaning schedule.

• Must have reliable, insured private transportation to and from the facility to meet the required after-hours schedule.

• Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references.

Contractor Requirements

​

• The applicant must provide their own Commercial General Liability Insurance and maintain it for the duration of the contract.

• Must be established as or willing to operate as an Independent Contractor (responsible for all self-employment taxes and related compliance).
